Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) is widely used in industries such as chlorine cracking, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, fermentation and brewing, potassium fertilizer, and compound fertilizer (NPK) due to its lightweight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, and design flexibility.
Tower equipment meets the requirements of different corrosive media by changing the material or resin and fiber types of the lining and internals during the design process. By using finite element analysis, adjusting the resin and fiber types in the structural layer, and modifying the lamination method, the strength requirements under corresponding temperature and pressure conditions can be met.
The production, inspection, and acceptance of PVC, PP linings and internals strictly adhere to the standard HG20640-1997 'Plastic Equipment for Chemical Industry,' and the addition of reinforced FRP strictly follows the standard JC/T587-1995 'Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Storage Tanks.'
